Delivery Charges

Order value up to £15: £1.99

Order value   £16-£30: £2.99

Order value over  £31-£99: £3.99

Orders value over £99:   £9.99

Orders with a value over £99 are charged at a higher price, as they are sent via tracked methods due to the high value of the package.

Delivery via courier to certain event venues will be charged at £9.99 per order.

Orders placed through our bespoke service (not via www.waveclothing.co.uk) may be subject to different charges.

Delivery Times

Goods are despatched via the Interlink next day service or via Royal Mail 2nd class post and although these are not guaranteed delivery services the majority of our items will be delivered within 2 working days from despatch. We aim to despatch all in stock goods within 2 working days. However, as some items are made to order, it may take up to 10 working days for us to despatch your order. Orders outside of the UK and Ireland may take a few extra days to be despatched and delivered.

Please note that due to the intricacies of the Royal Mail pricing system, some orders may be split into multiple packages to keep overall costs down.

Please be advised that delivery of parcels to business addresses can take longer than those sent to home addresses.

Also note that, unfortunately, we may have to wait up to 15 working days (or 25 working days for overseas orders) before we are able to refund or replace items missing in transit.

Delivery Address

A signature may be required upon delivery. If you are not at the delivery address to sign for the parcel, the couriers will attempt a further two deliveries and subsequently will return the parcel to ourselves. Please note our advisors cannot be held responsible if you are not at the delivery address to accept goods when they are delivered.
